Work with other departments about job related matters;
Work with local authorities, suppliers, organizations, clients, Tokio Marine people in charge to perform necessary actions as assigned by Manager / HOD.
Participate to set up, implement, follow-up and develop organization network and human resources policies in line with company periodical strategy as well as market and industry trends.
1.Compensation & Benefit, performance management
Participate to review and implement C&B system, performance management
Analyze and propose competitive C&B for the company within the cost control frame work
Participate in review KPI with department heads.
Enhance and implement the benefit programs / activities for staff
2.Policy & procedures
Participate in set up, review and systemize policies and procedures to well manage HR activities and update with prevailing regulations as well as market trend
3.Recruitment and Employment management
Recruitment : implement the entire process from personnel requisition, job posting, searching for candidates, interview, selection till on boarding of staff
Employment management : follow up employment process of employee, from on boarding, promotion, rotation, performance to leaving.
Conduct training need analysis
Prepare training budget, conduct HR training as assigned, coordinate for external trainings for effective training
Follow up training feedback, report, payment
Set up training system for the Company, manage training database
Act as counsel for staff and manager about all related HR policies, scheme and matters
Prepare necessary documents for staff communication
Organize company events (annual conference, Company trip, Family Day, CSR, etc)
Co-operate with other department heads in building and developing corporate culture
Liaise with Labor, insurance and other local authorities

At least 5 year experience working in HR field, preferably in multinational companies
Effective communication : Ability to convey information effectively both in written & verbally, ability to understand & empathy with others;
Good interpersonal skill
Customer service : respect other’s opinion, flexible action in relation with others to have better relationship & trust;
Adept use of MS Office;
English : fluent.
