We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Report to : C&B Supervisor
1. Duties / Responsibilities :
In charge of staff attendance and timesheet management;
Manage visa, work permit (WP), temporary residence card (TRC) for expats and family;
In charge of expense claims for HR Department;
Manage healthcare insurance program;
Assist with preparing labor contract, appendix;
Assist in organizing Company Annual health checkup for all employees;
Maintain employee profiles (Both hard and soft copies);
Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems;
Perform other related duties assigned by the HR supervisor and HR Head.

3. Education and Experience :
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is an advantage;
BSc / BA in HR management, business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus;
2 - 3 years of experience in similar positions.
