Take customers assigned by Staffing Manager as agreed SOW, SLA, KPI, Timetable, Working procedure from the BSC and BSO with the manager.
Be the Person In Charge (PIC) for assigned Large / Key customers.
Solve Customer Service / Assignee issues within 3 working days.
Daily ensure collection of KPI data for the team.
Weekly report back to Manager and highlight potential problems.
Monitor and report back on the performance of Consultant and Senior and solve performance issues.
Create and follow up on training and development plans for Consultant and Senior Consultant.
Maintain a list of potential replacement Consultants and Seniors and hire for replacement.
Work on special projects with the Staffing Manager.

Vietnamese national with at least a University Degree in a business related field.
6 years experience of working in HR administration, personnel work.
3 year experience of working in C&B / Payroll
Strong communication in Vietnamese and English IELTS 5 (written and verbal).
Experience of supervising at least 2 others for >
Customer service experience or orientation.
Strong computer skills spreadsheet and merge documents, use of CRM system.
