  • KeyResponsibilities : Planning

    Planning

  • Developseffective business strategies to reach defined business goals onVietnam Sales and full country P&L’s
  • Todevelop SBP (3 years Strategic Business Plan) to provide rightcompany’s goals and key strategies
  • Develops ageographic, account and retail development plan that reflects salesstrategies and provides analysis based on definedKPIs
  • Develops new channels of Distribution andnew customers to maximize growth
  • Develops asales / retail marketing and operations coordinated plan to achievethe best POS productivity and consumersatisfaction
  • Detailed Quarterly and AnnualSales plan per account
  • Provides the monthlyrolling sales forecast and POS opening / upgrade / closure regionalplan base
  • Ensures demand plan and inventory isaligned with sales plan for optimum inventoryturns
  • Management

  • DirectManagement of entire Vietnam team
  • Managescustomer / geography / channel development and sales / retail activitiesin assigned areas in accordance with defined businessplans
  • Takes responsibility for managing salesand retail execution and securing high quality implementation inthe areas
  • Develops strong businessrelationships with the senior management of major accounts in theareas
  • Coordinates the retail trade marketingand visual merchandising implementationplans
  • Coordinates the retail operations supportto his / her regional accounts
  • Provides properguidance to the team in daily job
  • Makes sureall company business processes and policies can be well conductedacross the team of branchoffices
  • Financial

  • Beresponsible for overall sales and retail performance in the areas,including full P&L responsibility forVietnam
  • Sales Margin targets for allcategories
  • Manages A / R on healthytrack
  • Well control T&Ebudget
  • Ensures the accuracy of all financialinformation required by thecompany
  • Systemand Processes

  • Developsand manages key business processes of assigned region (sellingprocesses, POS opening / closure / upgrade, forecasting and financialinformation process)
  • Develops proper platformto be able to collect the market intelligence in time, such asoverall market trend, competitive environment and accountinformation required for the retaildatabase
  • HRManagement

  • Setsperformance plans and reviews with all directreports
  • Identifies the right people in theright position by fairly evaluating the capability of the existingteam
  • Provides supervision, leadership, coachingand feedback to the direct reports, insisting on integrity andopenness
  • Generates a high level of teamworkspirit across theteam
  • Trainingand Development

  • Helpsboth sales manager to provide proper training courses internallyand externally by identifying the trainingneeds
  • Makes sure all team members are able towell understand their job roles and responsibilities and providesproper guidance to secure the quality implementation in dailyjob
  • Theresponsibilities are not limited to the above, the job holder willalso follow other work assigned by his / her immediatesupervisor
