That is the reason why we need a Customer Engagement Manager who will take main responsibilities in managing customer visits to our office in HCMC for business purposes.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are looking for someone who loves to work with people with the graceful, attentive, sincere and professional attitude.
Our customer care team is always full of energy with prettily young ladies who can take ownership of customers’ inquiries, complaints, and issues and follow escalated issues through to resolution.
These friendly teammates work very effective and responsible and at this moment, they need a team leader who will help to make the whole team and each member to be greater in developing customer satisfaction goals.

5 years total work experience in customer care / customer service and at least 1-year experience in supervisorial or managerial role.
Excellent written and spoken Communication skills.
Proficiency in English
Strong Leadership skills.
