The role :
Ecommerce is creating a major disruption in digital marketing, and brands that adapt first and seize this opportunity will reap substantial benefits.
We are looking for a strong (marketing solutions) business development manager based in Vietnam who can grow our marketing service offerings to brand partners as a critical part of Intrepid’s overall business.
This person will own the relationships with a variety of our leading Brand partners, continuously learn and evangelise our best-in-class digital marketing services to fulfill our clients’ objectives and help them seize the full potential of ecommerce-driven digital marketing.
You will have the opportunity to learn and grow with centrally run regional team that are composed of ecommerce online marketing experts from Lazada.
You will play a key role in collaborating with Commercial & Key Account Management teams to deliver the best of our marketing services including online paid performance marketing, ecommerce platform ads and social commerce (Live stream, community management) for our Brand clients
You will also play a key role in collaborating with our Tech & Product teams in developing the most advanced ecommerce marketing ad-tech platform.
You will be responsible for all business development activities for marketing solutions in Vietnam for brands and for Intrepid :
Business Development for (digital) marketing
Key Account Management (KAM) - client facing PIC for all marketing activities in country, sharing reporting, explaining how we run and manage campaigns, align with brands on strategy
KAM - internal coordination across all teams : liaise with BKK marketing team on strategy, optimization & requirements, with local content team on graphic requests and with local KAM / content on keywords for
Relationship Management : Oversee delivery and revenue recognition for all Intrepid marketing services. Identify up-sell opportunities across your accounts and partner with the KAM team to drive incremental value and revenue
Who we look for the ideal profile :
Fluent in Vietnamese, strong in English
4+ years (digital) marketing / ecommerce marketing sales experience in Vietnam, either working with an ecommerce platforms, or a lead business development role promoting marketing solutions in a leading brand / media agency / ecommerce enabler / distributor
Extensive knowledge of Adwords & Facebook advertising with good ad-managing experience
Experienced in setting and managing budgets, market development, account management, and negotiating with 3rd parties
Basic understanding of tracking like pixels and audiences
Strong understanding of major advertising success metrics
Familiar with measurement platforms like Google Analytics, Double Click
Strong communication & ability to proactively manage relationships
Ability to operate independently as well as work in a team-oriented and fast paced environment
