1. Assist Head to fine tune annual operations plan for My Amway Place (MAP) & Physical Experience Program (PEP) with initiatives & action plan
2. Lead to develop & implement PEP at Regional Distribution Center / Café Phyto shop nationwide - Work with Marketing & related stakeholders to develop PEP activities & its action plan
Develop program guideline & look / feel recommendation for PEP at high level;
Develop standard PEP survey & ensure on time 2-ways feedback from Amway Business Owner (ABO) leaders;
Consult & review proposal, final production & implementation plan for team members;
Align with Marketing Communications & Digital & related stakeholders for Communications channels & Messages alignment;
Allocate budget for PEP activities;
Continuously develop Café Phyto drinks menu & recipe to adapt with ABO needs & overall Phyto Cafe strategy;
Develop action plan for experiences service at Phyto Counter;
P&L takeover from Finance & deliver to OP for implementation.
3. Lead to implement MAP project (Physical Presence renovation, upgrade)
Act as project lead to align with Head (project sponsor) for MAP project plan including opportunities, budget, timeline & resources;
Directly manage construction, layout, budget & project status;
Align with project team members for jobs-to-be-done within project timeline;
Specialize new experience program for new physical presence;
Align with regional VMD guideline to adopt to Vietnam PP and provide necessary information to Marketing Design;
Align with Head, Sales & Marketing & related stakeholders to develop merchandising, product display, sales & marketing programs display to deliver to RDC & Café Phyto nationwide.

Bachelors of Business Administration / Marketing / Retail Operation or related field.
At least 05 years in supervisory experience in marketing of retail industry or related.
Competent work planning & organizing skills.
Strong people management skills.
Be strong in customer oriented & customer service skills.
Good in critical thinking & problem solving.
Good communication & influencing skills.
Good in collaboration & team building ability.
Strong in relationship building with external authorities & partners.
Good ability to learn & high accountability.
Being able to work independently and work under pressure.
Good written and oral communication skills in English.
