For our Scrum Master position, we are seeking talented, ambitious, hard-working, and career-minded candidates with a background of software development and graduated from a recognized university and strong English skills.
The Scrum Master is part of the Project Delivery Team and works with stakeholders and Product and Engineering teams to deliver great products to market and supporting systems.
What will you do?
Work closely with stakeholders in the region to gather requirements, manage expectations and deliver products to market
Prepare, plan and lead scrum teams and meetings with product and engineering teams
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for team members required for specific projects or initiatives
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of the technical team while ensuring all team members are actively working toward established milestones
Hold a regular technical team meeting to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
Maintain correct project time frames, estimates, and status reports
Make sure that all required projects are completed and reviewed
Provide project improvement recommendations that are based on best practices and industry standards.
