Demonstrates understanding of shoppers and customers behaviors specific to the region to develop right strategy at right region.
Perform full year planning trade activities in line with business objectives / brand objectives
Execution of National and Regional customer marketing strategies and sales-related events for all company products based on Brand Strategy.
Drive sales out performance by building and developing brand image, grow volume and revenue through executing trade and channel activities.
Build collaborative plans with key partners and key accounts that share a focus with the company’s entire portfolio.
Responsible for the National MONT Trade Marketing Budget (track all spend, monthly reporting).
Involves ongoing sales data analysis (trends, competitors, category, etc.)

4 years at least in Trade Marketing specific in On Trade Channel / HORECA.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English skill is preferred.
Fact base and data driven analysis
Able to work independently and travel to region
Strong negotiation skill
Able night visit outlet is preferred
