Key Job Role

The Product Marketing Executive supports product management by defining, positioning, pricing, and promoting the product along with managing the market adoption and product life cycle.

As such, the person is in charge of assigned product and is ultimately responsible for its overall success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, competitors’ product and pricing positions;
  • Regularly scan and document competitors and retailers for relevant product development insights;
  • Assist in the new product development process
  • Monitor, evaluate and track performance of products, product portfolio and new product launches
  • Provide ongoing feedback so as to design, develop and improve existing or new products;
  • Develop concepts and selling points that meet the needs and relevant to consumers;
  • Compile monthly report;
  • Improve and streamline product line
  • Understand the business models that ensure our own and customer’s success.
  • Know the buying preference and behavior of our customer’s customer.
  • Establish competitive and profitable pricing models
  • Work with Marcoms in the preparation and ensuring accuracy and completion of all sales and marketing collaterals
  • Orchestrate go-to-market strategy for new products to ensure successful launch
  • Provide product training to internal and external stakeholders meet with customers, sales, product development, production, management, or engage a research team to understand the overall market and to quantify the specific benefits that customers expect from the product via personal discussions, focus groups, roundtables, surveys, etc.
  • Requirements :

  • Background : University Degree in Marketing or Business Management
  • Experience :
  • At least 3 years experiences in Product Marketing, preferably in Home and Living Category
  • Knowledge of product portfolio management and new product development process
  • Must to have :
  • Open-minded, energetic, progressive, initiative & result-oriented.
  • Passionate about product development and design
  • Strong business mind-set
  • Excellent leadership & team management skill
  • Excellent Statistic & analysis skills
  • Strong time management skill to work in a changeable environment, manage workload and multiple projects.
  • Good Project management skill
  • Proficient in English (both 4 skills)
  • Professional manner.
