1. Handle requests and complaints from Call Center and social media interaction :
Receive and respond all inbound inquiry by phone, email, Facebook, chat and others as needed.
Coordinate with relevant departments to verify and solve customer’s complaints and requirement
Check the availability of product in warehouse or store, approve the order on the system to deliver to client.
Follow up with SOS order to ensure it’s done on the system conducted by pharmacist
Support Marketing team in calling client when they are winner for lucky draw scheme.
Check and process ecommerce orders from customers
Report to Supervisor and Manager for any abnormality
Other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager
Update client complaints on AX system to promptly report to Manager processing those cases.
2. Support stores and other departments in matter related to Customer Service
3. Shift-based working time, 1 day OFF per week
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education : Vocational College Training Diploma or above.
2. Major : Business Administration, English language, Customer Services, Pharmaceutics or other relevant fields
3. Good English
4. Computer usage ability : All usual Microsoft office programs
