Job Responsibilities :
Collects, coordinates, verifies, authors and compiles databases, reports, and data streams to meet client needs and expectations and offers analyses and interpretations to report on results to clients and the external market on data figures and outcome implications.
Monitors and supports the production job flow in a multi-platform environment, bridges and codes data into related organization systems, ensures all data is translated accurately into electronic data files and all newly developed products can be supported within the Production control environment and ensures all data within databases and client deliverables is accurate and accessible.
Codes data as required; allocates data to standard reference systems; performs quality assurance on coded data; bridges data using manual or automated processes;
provides direct support to client facing teams or third parties; analyzes and evaluates existing processes with the objective of consistent process improvement;
analyzes data to identify new and changed records; decides on coding data according to business rules; updates standard reference systems, monitors and controls production job flow, and serves as a SME to support an off-shore production hub or internal stakeholders.
Codes data, as required, transforming incoming paper data from suppliers to electronic data files.
Interprets written responses and enter into electronic coding systems allocating data to standard reference systems.
Performs quality assurance on coded data to ensure it accurately reflects the paper data submission.
Bridges data, comparing incoming transaction data with IQVIA’ reference data files to make a match or bridge between the two using manual or automated processes.
Job Requirements :
Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Three (3) years work experience in which PC literacy skills including Word, Excel have been gained.
Ability to carry out some analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on routine matters.
Developing knowledge of the company's products and pharmaceutical industry.
