Algorithmics is a Global Network of Coding Schools for Kids from 5-17 years-old teaching Visual Programming, Python and Game Design.

Algorithmics Vietnam was launched in 2020 and has expanded to 4 locations in HCMC. We are looking for potential candidates to join the Algorithmics family, accompany and grow with Algorithmics.

Major duties and responsibilities :

1. Customer Service

Ensuring excellent parent & student experience (including progress updates, foreseeing parent concerns, problem solving issues, handling complaints)

Accountable for onboarding new student and parents

Accountable for classroom and centre facilities, including centre supplies

Planning and delivery of events (in coordination with Marketing)

Raising concerns to relevant head of departments

Accountable for KPIs

Developing & maintaining Academic / Centre community

Oversight of student progress at center

2. Systems & Campus Operation Management

Inter-department communication comply to company policies, systems & SoP, maintain and resolve issues

Responsible for operational sheets and management reporting within campus

Ensure systems data integrity within centre

Training of operational sheets to new members

Oversight of staff training

Responsible campus scheduling and campus payroll (including TAs)

Forecast teacher needs for new classes and maintaining scheduling efficiency with Academic Resources Manager

Coordination with Academic Resources Manager to ensure teacher availability for Trial, Catch-up and existing classes. (Including seasonal events / additional programs)

Responsible for recruiting Program Supervisors for their Campus

Inventorization of academic materials

Inducting new teachers and teaching assistant in centre facilities

3. Recruitment, Training & Development

Participate in training

Keep up to date with changes and initiatives in education

Ideal candidate requirements :

Written and Verbal English proficiency of 6.5 and above (no need for certification, CV must be in English)

At least 1 year management / supervisory experience

Proficient in computer administration - Google Suites, excel

Passion for education

Highly organised, proactive problem solver and attentive to detail

Great interpersonal skills & customer service oriented

Background in retail education preferred
