To support analyze ASSY production data of quality and productivity using statistical and analytical tools and methods to recommend improvement plan (focus on First Pass Yield, Process downtime)
Lead and coordinate ASSY improvement / Kaizen, recommends methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and workspace and reducing waste of materials and utilities
Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations and analysis to determine ASSY manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
Investigate and analyze root cause analysis for ASSY quality issues and take corrective action & preventive actions
Coordinate ASSY quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost
Support to monitor quality data and taking corrective action to improve or correct the operations.
Control ASSY control plan, PFMEA, process follow chart to coordinate and lead the team to build and maintain.
Support to generate and maintain relevant ASSY document to meet production requirement
Manage cycle time for ASSY process & do the line balancing to improve the efficient ASSY manufacturing processes
Support NPI process
Support ASSY team for internal quality audit and customer audit

Graduated Automation, Electronic, Mechanic, Industrial Management
Have at least two years working experience in production area
Analysis skill, decision making, solving problem, good communication
MS Office, document control
Fluency in reading / listening / writing / speaking English.
Honest, dynamic, progressive, capable of teamwork.
Able to work under pressure
