Keeping employees to following the company regulation.

Fulfilling the benefits and compensation of employees as labor code and social / health / jobless insurance / insurance by company.

Making sure good environment of working to employers / employees

Developing the employee's skill / promotion system for company's benefits.

Reaching for company's benefits and motivating employees : right jobs to right persons

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education

Vietnamese with university degree.

Excellent in English

HRBP knowledge

Professional HR best practices qualification

Good working knowledge of MS Office applications

2. Experience in Human Resources Manager

Very details in job and accuracy

Minimum 7 years working experience in the HR Manager of foreign companies (Furniture is preferred)

Solid background in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Good experience in KPI system

Strong TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

Strong knowledge of HR Practices system

Budgeting and cost control

Leadership skill and professional service

Previous experience using HR software

Overall knowledge in manufacturing practices

Ability to work independently and under high pressure in a team spirit

To be willing to travel if necessary
