Get to know the Role :

As part of the Finance team, this IT professional team leader will support decision making process and financial accounting process in new ERP system implementation, enhancements and maintenance.

At least 5-7 years of working experience. Problem solver with hands-on approach and strategic thinking to coach a team to build a robust IT support team in the region.

The day-to-day activities :

  • Systems implementation & enhancements- support regional lead to coordinate all aspects of Finance Applications projects including prioritization, planning, management and execution of all project phases including design, development, support, deployment, support, deployment, support, deployment and effective integration of financial accounting systems
  • Analyze & support system change requests to ensure the business needs are clearly understood and the technology implemented meets the needs and expectations of the business
  • Review finance systems administration to ensure proper corporate governance over user access profiles & matrices
  • Ensure that all products & services support the appropriate business processes and have the appropriate support and maintenance processes in place
  • Manage software vendors’ deliverables and SLAs to provide effective onsite gs to resolve issues / problems. Facilitate meetings with a Win / Win result
  • Gain knowledge know-how of our proprietary operating system data structure to link up to the BI and reporting system

  • Gain knowledge know-how of our proprietary operating system data structure to link up to the BI and reporting system
  • Support the whole finance group for the ERP system
  • Support the FP&A and Accounting teams in the development of BI and system reports to manage and measure the business processes, month end reporting package, budget and forecast reporting
  • Work with regional IT support team to resolve any infrastructure or AWS related issues in rendering services to the finance community
  • Influence other functional areas of the business to achieve business objectives or key results
  • The must haves :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent educational or professional experience
  • 5-7 years of working experience, preferably 2-3 years in Start-up company
  • 3-5 years’ experience in ERP system implementation or project management
  • 1-2 years report writer and BW / BI reporting system experience
  • ASEAN Regional experience, with ability to manage large groups across multiple locations, providing effective leadership and communication
  • Oracle database knowledge and implementation / support experience is a must
  • Strong SQL scripting knowledge is a must
  • PMP / PMI certification & project management experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in establishing working relationship with all levels of management & financial executives in the region
  • Enthusiastic, versatile and can-do attitude is essential
