Position Summary
The position required to support and enhance the recruitment for the Vietnam projects, and provide the marketing information to the direct supervisor while attending the local recruitment activities.
The major duties for this role are (1) Well understand the Origo products and provide constructive support to the recruitment team in a whole;
2) Develop & Maintain & Service the recruitment partners system in Vietnam to achieve recruitment targets; (3) Participating any recruitment activities physically and virtually (online) to generate direct inquiries and enhance programs branding on the market;
4) Record & Follow up & Convert any prospective inquiries into enrolments. The role requires a detailed understanding in the recruitment process, and aggressively engage with the recruitment channels to generate the recruitment outcome.
An excellent interpersonal skill and the ability to work independently are required to maintain the daily recruitment tasks.

Direct Report : Business Development Director
Product Knowledge
Fully trained & well understand about Origo products & services offered in Vietnam. Ensure all advice and information given specifically in relation to entry requirements, admissions processes is clear, accurate and transparent.
Work closely with Origo Academic Program and International Relations Manager to maintain up-to-date knowledge of NUCK- IFY program and related information available to prospective clients via the website, program guides, publications, information sessions and other communications channels.
Recruitment Partners Management
Develop and maintain the recruitment partners system in Vietnam Mainly agents and counsellors.
Conduct regular visits to our existing recruitment partners and provide them accurate and comprehensive information about our programs and services in a professional, timely, ethical, friendly and caring manner at all times.
Direct Recruitment Management
Perform receptionist duties, including welcoming guests, answering initial inquiries via telephone or emails, and direct the inquiries to in charge person.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information to prospective students and / or their parents about the institutions (Origo & their institutions partners), their programs and services in a professional, timely, ethical, friendly and caring manner at all times.
Administer all processes concerning student recruitment and applications handling for entry into NUCK-IFY : consultation with prospective students;
quality checking of applications; preparation of relevant correspondence; and managing client information relevant; follow-up after promotional events and campaigns
Reporting
Provide timely and effective reports to Business Developing Manager in relation to recruitment partners targets, applications targets, customer enquiry volumes and others to ensure recruitment KPIs are met.
Conduct research and provide market insights about customers behaviors, competitors and others to support Business Developing Manager in planning recruitment strategies.
Marketing & Event Management
Attend both physically and virtual recruitment activities of Origo recruitment partners in Vietnam. Hosting workshops or events to promote Origo and their products & services and meet up with prospective clients.
Assist in developing relationships with key stakeholders or service providers relevant to maintaining strong recruitment channels, mainly high schools and universities locally and provincially.
Provide support for Marketing Communication Department including create or translate marketing content in Vietnamese, support any marketing campaign if required.
CRM & Administration
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when entering enquiry and application data into the relevant database systems
Conduct general administrative work such as provide quotations and produce marketing materials, arrange agents / clients thankyou treats,
Perform any other duties that may be required
Key Selection Criteria
A / Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
Mandatory
Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline and relevant work experience in an educational or sales & marketing roles.
Evidence of English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.0, Origo English Placement Test is available for the candidate if no evidence can be provided.
Preferred
University study undertaken at an international university, or in a university where English was the language of instruction.
B / Employment / Professional Experience

Experience using database systems
Experience working in customer service and / or sales roles
Sound knowledge and experience in using computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

Sale-drilled skill to convert the student inquiry to enrolment. Demonstrated ability to work in a target driven environment and successfully delivering against those targets;
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
A flexible approach towards working patterns is required which will include working weekends and evenings as necessary;
Frequent domestic travel within Vietnam is required;
