Job description

Perform or is knowledgeable in transmission planning such as grid impact study, facility / interconnection energy such as wind and solar

Designs power substation’s primary and secondary equipment needed for interconnection to the grid and provide input to capital budget and regulatory support

Conducts power system evaluation and grid interconnection assessment and has experience in coordination with grid or utility operator for power plant interconnection.

Experience on

Power plant, power substation and transmission line design construction, operation and management

Familiar with international (IEC / AMSI) standards as well as local electrical standards (grid / distribution code)

Familiar with the utility interconnection processes and requirements for power plant

Required Number : 0

Year Experience : 3 Years

Minimum Career Level : Specialist

Minimum Education Level : Bachelor Degree

Job Skills : -Should be licensed electrical engineer with at least 5 years’ experience in transmission or power plant, planning design, construction, operation and maintenance

Experience in solar and wind projects is plus.
