Primary Job Functions : Experience :
At least five (5) years of related Warehouse Supervisory / Managerial experience.
Experience in MHE handling and CI Project Management would be helpful.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or any business related field.

Proven knowledge of Inventory Control procedures and practices (FIFO, Kanban, etc.).
Proven experience in shipping & receiving
Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
Proven organizational and supervisory skills.

Excellent understanding of computer applications (Word, Excel, Access, etc.).
Essential Responsibilities :
Responsible for managing of the Inventory Control function including production entry and inventory analysis through a team of Logistic personnel.
Analyze key performance data / indicators to measure DET / DEM performance as well as plan and implement improvements
Analyzing on-hand inventory levels and resolving discrepancies through system troubleshooting.
Planning for the development of department and preparing the budget
Responsible to lead the warehouse team in daily inventory accuracy through daily transactions and inventory counts.
Responsible to recommend and implement corrective process and procedure to reduce any potential misappropriation of inventory.
Accountable to drive, support and execute cost reduction programs or activities in meeting business goal.
Accountable for the performance management and development of a group of warehouse workforce to build a high productivity warehouse team through coaching and guidance.
Accountable for timely cycle count and inventory accuracy and drive improvement plan to increase first pass accuracy to meet department metric tracking.
Responsible to reduce inventory count variance and keep track of root cause trending and drive improvement plan to increase first pass accuracy to meet goal.
Manage, enforce and maintain warehouses and logistic WI / Process documentation to ensure compliance with Safety, ISO, Sox, customs and other government agencies' requirement, procedures and regulations.
Drive team to achieve departmental objectives and goals by driving continuous improvement project and program in Shipping & Receiving.
Supervise a group of Team Leads and warehouse assistances in Shipping and Receiving operation activities to ensure task carried out in accordance to work procedure and safety standards.
Coach and manage work performance of a team of warehouse associates to align with department expectation and goal.
Responsible to interface with stakeholders to ensure correct materials / products flow in order to maintain shipping / receiving data information accuracy.
Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement to increase department efficiency and minimize cost.
Working with Human Resource Department closely in handling employee relations issues to ensure correct action addressed on timely manner.
Identify and recommend opportunities in continuous improvement program to improve the working environment, inventory variance issue and cost saving project in order to increase the department efficiency.
Reporting Relationships :
This position may have approx. 70 HC reports consists of Warehouse Team Leads and Inventory Coordinator.
Least travel is required but maybe needed for startup training
Physical Requirements :
Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of daily work hour.

Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis
