Recruitment & Training

  • Be responsible for the whole recruitment process, including identifying recruitment needs with departments, job advertising & sourcing candidates, interviewing & selecting, conducting reference check if required, offering to the induction for newcomers.
  • Be Responsible for maintaining the recruitment report and ensuring all recruitment is undertaken in a timely manner, with a focus on meeting the requirements of the job with the best available talent in the market.
  • Control recruitment process, system, and recruitment agencies
  • Participate to the employer branding activities
  • Implement training & development plan with approved budget to enhance knowledge, skills, abilities & competencies of workforce to meet organization’ business needs.
  • Ensure training records into the system and make training reports as required
  • HR Operations

  • Be responsible for planning and implementing engagement activities / employee care programs
  • Perform as a partner to provide quality HR advice to employees on HR related matters, processes, policies, and company regulations to align with group & company policy and comply with government regulations
  • Be responsible for HR information, system & report management if required
  • Strong in stakeholders / suppliers / vendor management
  • Assist head of department in the process of annual performance & salary review
  • Assist HR administration jobs such as visa, residence card (TRC), work permit applications.
  • Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Degree qualifications in Business Administration or Labour Economics.
  • A minimum of 2 year of experience as a similar role
  • Advanced skills in recruitment techniques, in particular behavioural interviewing
  • Advanced communications skills, particularly in relation to negotiation and persuasion.
  • Intermediate organizational skills and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes on occasion.
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate written and spoken English skills are also required.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn business administrative processes are important in this position.
