1.Work with manager together to establish the strategy of training and development.
2.Determine training needs and requirements by meeting with managers, talking with employees, or gather information via surveys.
3.Based on the development needs of the department and employees, formulate annual company training plans and budgets, as well as staff ability improvement training plans.
4.Develop training programs that include on-line training and in-person training, create training materials, facilitate group sessions, create training videos, etc.
5.Review existing training materials to determine appropriateness and relevance.
6.Deliver in-person and online sessions as internal training instructor.
7.Monitor training programs and materials to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and make updates as necessary.
8.Work with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.
9.Measure the effectiveness of all training curriculum.
10.Create a fun and engaging training environment and delivery of training initiatives, to help foster the companys culture.
11. Execute on standardizing standards and process in training and talent development.
12.Leading role in succession plan and talent development programs across teams.
13.Other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
1.Education : College Degree or above
2.Working Experience : 3 years minimum experience in a similar role
