The focus of the Southeast Asia Alumni Relations Senior Specialist is to build and sustain a community that represents a network of proud and informed ambassadors, engaging in meaningful, mutually beneficial, and long-term relationships with former colleagues, current staff, and BCG as an organization.

In addition, this role also supports and enables the SEA internal senior stakeholders in building their network of contacts and maintaining relationships in the industries we serve.


This candidate will facilitate BCG Alumni and CRM proprietary platforms & tools, actively contributing to the feedback loop in ideas, processes and activities.

She / he will be part of the SEA Marketing Team with the goal to support all Alumni-related activities and CRM initiatives in the region.

She / he will be collaborating with the global network and internal stakeholders on various Alumni-related and CRM matters.


  • Bachelor's degree, ideally in marketing, communications, or human resources, with more than six years of relevant professional experience
  • More than six years of relevant professional experience (marketing, external relations, or human resources), with a strong grasp of managing and updating CRM tools built on database management;
  • good computing skills, adept at IT / system tools

  • A people person with demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining professional relationships and communities
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, along with the ability to analyze information and extract data for intended outcomes
  • Clarity, tact, professionalism, and ability to influence in writing, speaking and conveying information
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills combined with an ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a demanding environment
  • Strong attention to detail, accurate, and thorough
  • A self-starter who displays consideration and respect for others, and puts team success ahead of personal opinion; highly motivated, energetic, resourceful, and friendly
  • Native-level fluency in English; additional Southeast Asian language fluency a plus
  • Be willing to travel (occasional travel within SEA region when international travel is permitted)
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Marketo
  • Experience dealing with senior level stakeholders (C-suite, decision makers)
