  • Execute policies and procedures for sales department.
  • Determine sales quota’s for sales personnel in accordance to their skill levels.
  • Develop monthly and annual objectives for the department in collaboration with General Manager.
  • Maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives.
  • Establish departmental work schedule, balancing the workload of all employees.
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and terminating employees.
  • Provides sales management information by completing reports.
  • Recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Responding to customer complains.
  • Sales performance reporting.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Ensure sales personnel are well trained, motivated, and available when needed.
  • Attend training sessions to keep current with sales department issues.
  • Yêu cầu công việc

  • Good English.
  • Bachelor degree in business or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail sales as well as demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales objectives.
  • Prefer knowledge and experience with sales of motorcycles, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them.
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
  • Good time management skills with the aptitude of meeting all targets.
