Stay apprised of Agile best practices via conferences, seminars, training, webinars, and networking, and disseminate standard practices and new methods to teams.
Work closely with product owners and various teams on how to use Agile processes.
Establish and implement metrics to build self-organizing teams and optimize team delivery, and measure business agility in terms of predictability, reliability, and adaptability.
Monitor and evaluate performance of Scrum teams collectively, looking for areas of improvement and increased efficiencies.
Deliver Agile training for all employees according to their various expertise and roles, based on Aperia’s Agile transformation strategy.
Develop and maintain Agile standards and requirements.
Help teams navigate and use work management tools and software from an Agile perspective.
Provide hands-on support to Scrum masters to ensure Agile principles are followed.
