Job Description
As a Market Operations Analyst, the incumbent is required to perform the following :
Responsibilities :
Responsible for business support & control of FX / Derivatives / Loan / Bond / Money Market and working in close partnership with traders, dealers, marketers and the regional operations hubs.
Check and ensure that all transactions are processed in a complete, accurate manner and within facility limits.
Check, verify supporting documents and transactions. Ensure sanction screening is properly done for the same.
Response and reply any inquiries from others, both inter company and corporate clients on transactions related to the department.
Work closely with Customer Services and Front office to meet client’s expectation and requirement
Handle local regulatory reports
Check supporting documents
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including :
Minimum 1 year of experience in Market Operations is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively and interact with individuals in and outside of the team
Be a self-starter, with ability to work on own initiatives and to learn quickly
Good problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a volume driven environment
Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work
Ability to work quickly, with accuracy, and with minimum supervision
Relevant financial industry experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
