Log and follow up with other IT teams to support calls and tickets until resolve;
Support NashTech users in other country offices especially Office 365 applications, office equipment, and simple network configurations;
Support the end-users to troubleshoot the IT-related issues on their computers, including hardware, OS, and applications;
Provide guidance to users on internal systems, software, and applications;
Deploy / install, maintain, upgrade IT equipment and standard applications;
Perform diagnostic tests, modify or repair computer hardware, including PC, printer, data projector and peripherals;
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
As a key role in the IT team, the successful candidate should have :
Bachelor or equivalent degree in computer science;
Has 2+ years of hands-on experience in HelpDesk / Support, and at least 1+ years of hands-on experience support of Office 365 (Outlook, Skype for Business, One Drive for Business, SharePoint Online, MS Team);
Good English skills to understand specification (written and oral);
Passionate of learning, sense of urgency, and detailed;
Time management skills;
Ability to work independently;
Ability to work on shift.
Industrial certifications holder : MCSA / MCSE and Office 365 related is an advantage.
