Position Description

Support Marketing Manager on development annual channel plan by providing market insight inputs and sharing program evaluation

Provide inputs on market challenges and channel insights from market data collection and propose the proper actions plan by channel

  • Monthly sell out analysis and stock report by channel
  • Channel customer database management for segmented program communication
  • Carry out survey by customer group(s) as business needs.
  • Give inputs channel program calendar by presenting customer needs in terms of actual roll out timeline, target group, resources.
  • Collaborate with marketing partners and sales team to identify opportunities for integration of marketing efforts and processes to build the customer experiences and loyalty.
  • Drive the implementation of the agreed annual channel activities and enhance it with requirements (if any).
  • Monthly channel promotion deployment
  • In store visibility program
  • Manage production and distribution of all POS materials
  • Hotline service
  • Sponsorship, activation
  • Evaluate all activities and decide on how to use learning for next activity with Marketing Manager
  • Develop and manage annual calendar of channel activities which align to marketing calendar.
  • Control and manage A&P budget related channel programs
  • Monthly forecast and monitor A&P spending
  • Manage advertising agencies, suppliers and other relevant agencies to ensure optimal cost ratio and good quality control.
  • Give input to evaluation suppliers and agencies
  • Distributor sales team training
