Job description :
MISSIONS : Define and implement the Supply Chain Strategy
Co-define and implement in complementary of industrial department a complete logistic policy in accordance with the Group's strategy align with industrial road map and thus establish adequate supply chain specific road map, within operations - horizon 2022).
For all business lines (complete feed, aqua, premix, etc.. as well as import / export).
Establish a production planning for all production sites and a demand planning for all warehouses & platforms
Define customized SLAs (customer service)
Implement all measures to ensure availability of manufactured products (Quality Policy)
Ensure the optimization of the means of production and warehousing; disseminate good practices (fifo, safety, low DIO ),
Ensure adequate reporting (with kPI’s such as filling rate above 95%, service rate, inventory levels, costs OMIs, general monthly ops reporting ).
Specific tracking in warehousing and transport costs
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for premises, materials and equipment, as well as safety policy.
MISSIONS : Monitor and Develop activities across the zone (countries)
Support the implementation of correct inventories management,
Support the implementation of optimized transport, utilization of dispatching platforms
Meet with internal clients to identify potential difficulties. Roll out and animate S&Ops regularly.
Support on the tracking of customer complaints and resolving potential difficulties (Qualishare)
Assist in the monitoring of audits (carried out by clients, prospects and external entities such as HACCP, ISO, BAP, global GAP )
Follow budget lines, analyze possible variances and report back proposed corrective actions
Prepare and present both OPEX and CAPEX budgets (SCM department)
Ensure monthly reporting (based on Group’s KPIs).
MISSION : focus on warehouse Management & Inventories
Implement good practices in warehousing (storage, inventory taking, loading methods, safety)
Define the roles and missions of each staff in a logic of team performance and cohesion
Co-determine the objectives of the team, how to achieve them and how to define them individually
Identify and transmit the necessary information for the proper functioning of the activity and related to the strategy of the company to the whole team
Measuring the performance of the team (participate to yearly approval)
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for premises, materials and equipment
Ensure compliance with safety regulations (internal and external). Animate regular safety topics improvements.
Requirements :
Engineer / Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management;
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
Leadership, adaptability, honesty, strategic vision, contribution to Operating Profit
Continuous improvement and OPS performance, Project management
Speaking English fluently.
