Acts as a single point of the contact for managers in assigned partners
Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
Builds a strong business relationship with HR internal & assigned partners
Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes at Assigned partners
Populate all policy, procedure of Company to Assigned Partners
Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
Control Mass Hiring Process to meet recruitment plan of business need
Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management
Challenges the organizational structure of the internal client and proposes changes
Acts as the member of the HR Management Team
Undertake other tasks assigned by HR Director

Minimum Education Level : Bachelor Degree
Job Skills : Background
Bachelor Graduate major : Business Administration or HR Administration
At least 05 years’ experience working in HR managerial position, preferably working for banking institution
Hands-on experience of dealing with disciplinarians, grievances and performance management
