This role will set up & operate new hotel (1-2 stars hotel), including :
1. Recruiting, training and supervising hotel staff
2. Managing hotel budgets, hotel revenue performance, maintaining statistical and financial records for hotel operation
3. Planning maintenance work, events and room bookings
4. Handling customer complaints and queries related to Hotel service and operation
5. Promoting and marketing the hotel business in order to meet the hotel targets & deliver an excellent guest experience and hotal brand image
6. Ensuring hotel operation compliance with health and safety legislation and licensing laws

Working from Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM -17 : 30PM.

Negotiate salary + KPI Target Bonus
Salary will be reviewed yearly or sooner if you prove that you adapt well with the work and perform over the expectation.

College / University degree
At least 5 years’ experience in operating hotel / motel from 15 rooms up
Having experience with PMS (Property Management System) and OTA channel
Experience in driving and implementing business strategies
Having good management ability, creative, dynamic & hard working
Having team leadership with a good team spirit, time management skill
Good communication, presentation, negotiation, problem solving and interpersonal skills
Good communication in English and Vietnamese
Priority is given to candidates who work in the hotel industry
