  • General responsibility on management and control all service activities of HR-ADM Section
  • To motivate every employee follow company policy, company regulation, ensuring smooth services for production & every concerning activity in the company
  • Follow up factory services, contractors as security guard, transportation, accident insurance claims
  • In co-operation with other section, leading HR-ADM staff to improve teamwork mind, service performance, ensure the achievement of section objectives
  • To carry out and fulfill other assignments from BOD
  • To consult and / or propose to superior for the improvement of HR section
  • Developing and updating HR policies, procedures and employee handbook
  • Track and compare the actual headcount with budgeted and ensure that indirect headcount ratio is controlled; and headcount ratios of workers and supporting forces are within the budget;
  • Maintain an up-to-date organization chart for ECCO as a whole company.
  • Responsible for staff’s labor contract, C&B, rewards, incentive and motivation, Social Insurance, labor report, disciplinary actions, terminate contract,
  • Developing job descriptions and person specifications
  • Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
  • Coordinate closely with functional managing department to identify existing talents, build up an employee development plan and succession plan within the company
  • Develop training road map and frameworks for employees within the corporate functions as performance management (evaluation tools, methods and formats), key position succession, and staff support program, employee relations.
  • Perform training needs analysis and provide recommendations to senior management
  • Liaise with external training vendors to implement training plan
  • Track and ensure training requirement is completed and aligned with employee development plan
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of in house and external training programs
  • Prepare and manage the HR Department budget
  • Other projects as assigned by General Director
  • The HR Manager will report directly to the General Director.

  • Good command of English
  • Be able to make the personnel plan in working, finish the job as the schedule
  • Deep knowledge and understanding about Vietnam Labour Code and legal labour-related regulations.
