Our client is one of the rising insurtech startup which just received recent funding, providing a variety of life insurance and non-life insurance products & many more who is looking for a Business Development Director (Non-life Insurance) to join their firm.

The Business Developent Director will be responsible in driving the overall business :

Develop and expand the sales & agency network

Regular visits to agents, maintain and nurture relationships

Find new agent contacts, drive and grow new business revenue

Set monthly agency goals and achieve targets

Build and maintain strong customer relationship with current and future agents through excellent customer service

Monitoring production, growth, loss profile, and outstanding agents

Requirements

At least 10+ years of experience in non-life insurance field

Strong exposure in non-life insurance is a must

Strong networking connection in the industry

Strong track record in building agency business, including strategy and execution

Strong track record in driving and growing revenue

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and exceptional work ethic
