OBJECTIVES

Provide strategy, product campaign plan within and after deployment of new lead streams and channels

Maximize conversion to XSTU of existing customers through enriching product offer, within new & modern approaching

Ensure optimal revenue, risk exposure and operational expenses combination.

Design and launch an appropriate mix of XSTU products to support cross sell strategy fulfillment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maximize conversion to XSTU of existing customers through enriching product offer, within new & modern approaching

Actively monitor overall portfolio performance for X-sell opportunities and suggest those for implementation

Focus on X-sell products portfolio performance and take results as inputs for changes in X-sell Strategy (incl. Product offering)

Actively work with Sales / Partnerships team for identification of external products’ X-sell opportunities

Product portfolio performance monitoring in all aspects (product mix, P&L drivers, operational efficiency, acquisition, customer segment)

On-going development of PL XSTU products. Proactively develop new product initiatives, according to the response to existing products and in line with actual strategy

Cooperation with Product Analysts inside and relevant departments outside BD to develop understanding of key challenges related to product performance and customer reaction to current product proposition.

Conclude results of cooperation into actionable points

Cooperate with relevant departments in BD to deploy product to ensure timely product development and deployment within target SLA

Perform other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as required

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

University Graduate major : Finance, Statistics, Economics, IT, Data Science. Degree from institution recognized internationally or top tier in the country of origin is preferred

At least 3 years of experience in Consumer Finance or Retail Banking

Experience of Vietnam market or relevant experience in developing markets

Experience and proven track record in product development, portfolio management, business technology

Understanding of Consumer Finance & Retail Banking

Language requirements : English fluent, Vietnamese fluent

Quantitative and qualitative analytical methods

Data driven mind with coding experience

Financial products portfolio management

Project management; People management

Strong communication skills
