  • Provide creativity in developing MARCOM initiatives to improve business performance
  • Create the hotel’s marketing & communication plan (short term & long term), targeted campaigns, and activated channels
  • Manage a fully integrated communications calendar for the Hotel around events, food and beverage, public holidays, need periods
  • Using knowledge of market trends and target customer information to maximize revenue
  • Additional marketing responsibilities

  • Manage monthly posting plan and updating content in local digital channels (e.g., hotel website, travel sites).
  • Manage the hotel’s content and images through conducting regular website audits
  • Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly.

  • Maintains a comprehensive list of local media contracts, with particular emphasis on food critics and bloggers.
  • Creating all press releases for property events, promotions, and outlets.
  • Organize hotel’s events, community / government relations activities, and press promotional activities.
  • To identify opportunities to further expose the hotel and maximize revenue opportunities through sponsoring local sport / cultural / art events
  • To identify Partnership opportunities

  • Manage Hotel and F&B printed materials (quarterly newsletter, monthly flyers, standees, )
  • Supports the production of all property, F&B display, and temporary signage in hotel public areas
  • Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor in F&B, Hospitality preferable with at least 2 years of experience in Marketing & communication department in Hotel
  • Ability to manage outsource partners.
