Project Management Control :
Managing project scope, meeting quality requirements, keeping projects to schedule and budget;- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards;
Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
Team training and developing :
Developing team strengths and improving weaknesses;- Be responsible for preventing conflict where possible and resolving it when it does arise by setting ground rules and clearly assigning tasks.
At least 3 years prior experience in business development or marketing fields;
A proven history of successful leadership;
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in training, managing, and mentoring members of staff;
Good interpersonal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to listen, respond and relate to partners;
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.
