  • Be in charge of finding and exploiting potential clients
  • Consult, introduce the projects information to the clients
  • Make a business plan towards target customers
  • Establish / Maintain relationships with partners agencies / suppliers
  • Assign tasks to the lower levels and evaluate their performance
  • Be active, creative in working and propose reasonable ideas, opinions to the Board of Director to impulse the development of the company business
  • Support other departments (support / solve problems from customers,..)
  • Other tasks as required by Manager / Director

  • Graduated from College / University
  • Good knowledge of Real Estate market.
  • Having at least 5 experienced years in Real Estate field.
  • English communication is a must. Korean / Chinese communication is a plus.
  • Having passion for sales activities
  • Good management, problem-solving, team-working, communication and negotiation skills
  • Being honest and professional

  • Working place : 1807B Charmvit Tower, 117 Tran Duy Hung str, Cau Giay dist, Ha Noi (Representative Office)
  • Working time : 8h30 - 17h30 From Monday to Saturday morning
