2, Core job responsibilities :
Omni-channel Engagement :
Familiarity with digital health trends and multichannel / omnichannel engagement concept
Champion of tech and tools to execute omnichannel engagement with HCPs (e.g., website, webinar, email, SMS). A strong understanding of digital platforms to software to maximize customer experience across channels is a plus.
Analyze data (dashboards, campaign results, conversion rates, channel performance) to help shape omnichannel strategies.
Provide insights and key learnings to brand teams.
Analyze technology / platforms and landscape on an ongoing basis to support the deployment of current, identify and drive new ways of working to create differentiated customer experiences & shape future channel strategy
Design & run a research survey to identify the unmet customer needs (pre) & to measure the quality of customer engagement (post) : qualitative feedback, message recall, net promoter score, Rx intent, sales impact
Website management : Regular analysis and optimizations to brand websites. Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to improve user experience on company websites and apps.
Understand CRM systems, database management, and data source - how is data collected, stored, and validated.
Support Medical, Marketing Sales, and Market Access Teams, as well as other functions in their multichannel projects
Build and maintain relations with global and regional functions necessary to support local MCE projects and activities
Control content Management System, complying with Digital policy and Affiliate SOP process.
Support Direct-to-consumer campaign :
Measure performance of digital marketing campaigns using a variety of web and app analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Data Studio, Social listening, Digital Dashboard etc.).
Experience in media buying & e-commerce can be an added advantage.
MINIMUM BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
BS / BA Degree, Demonstrated broad marketing mix experience with expertise in all digital channels, 3+ minimum hands-on digital marketing experience, and / or IT programs, preferably candidates with digital / media agency background.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication.
