Initiate and lead daily digital marketing activities for POPS’ own OTT app.

  • Lead and coordinate in-house digital executives and / or agencies to implement online marketing strategies, ensuring timely execution and commitment to achieve the marketing department’s assigned targets
  • Propose an overall digital budget to ensure success. Set key metrics.
  • Define the channel digital marketing strategy and roadmap.
  • Plan and execute online marketing activities through Google UAC, Facebook Ads, Youtube, SEO / SEM, Mobile ad-network, Email Marketing, etc.
  • Work with designers, in house or agency, to create digital creatives on time and within budget.
  • Track, measure, and analyze all digital activities and prepare reports.
  • Develop audience research, narratives, and segmenting capabilities that could digitally drive the most valuable audiences to POPS’ content.
  • Develop strong subject matter expertise in content verticals (e.g. film, series, comedy, cartoon, etc.).
  • Deliver digital marketing requirements documents and product requirements documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification to Connected App / Product department
  • Be an adaptable, steady decision-maker despite a highly competitive environment
  • Be a results-oriented team player with strong organizational and time management skills, always on the lookout for opportunity.
  • Recruit, develop, organize and nurture a strong digital marketing team plan, monitor and appraise job results
  • Other duties by request from Marketing Manager

  • At least 5 years in the field of Online / Digital Marketing including at least 2 years of experience in a lead position
  • Experienced in successful execution of marketing campaigns on key online marketing channels (UAC, Facebook Ads, SEM, Ad Networks, SEO, etc.)
  • Experience in mobile app install campaigns and familiarity with mobile marketing metrics and platforms is required.
  • Experience in entertainment and / or media markets is a bonus

  • Bachelor’s degree
