The Role Responsibilities

Standard Chartered Vietnam seeks a talented and energetic Brand & Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. We are based in HCMC & Hanoi.

The Brand& Marketing Manager will lead, manage, and expand Standard Chartered branding and marketing (collateral, social media, company website, product demonstration, webinars, email campaigns etc.

and will work with the Product team (proposal development, strategize branding approach for products, and other activities as needed).

The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Build strategy, plan & execute and manage the performance of marketing campaigns / activities across all channels internally and externally, including above-the-line, below-the-line, activation, digital and social media, etc to help the marketing team achieve set KPIs and mainly focus on the Affluent segment.
  • Manage calendars and timetables / milestones towards the completion of campaigns / activities
  • Develop effective marketing communication plan, determine the appropriate mix of on-line and off-line campaign elements across marketing channels with supporting analysis / rationale
  • Continuously strive to improve the quality and effectiveness of all marketing communications
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to make data-driven decisions around what content to feature, which calls-to-action to place where, how and when to improve quarter after quarter through continuous testing and refinement
  • Implement testing methodologies on all elements of the digital marketing mix to improve conversion rates (content, message, medium, landing pages, offers, etc.
  • optimise campaign results, and measure impact

  • Manage / track marketing budget / spend and ensure efficiency and ROI on all marketing activities
  • Track the performance during & post campaigns / activities
  • Lead / work with agencies / vendors effectively to ensure timely delivery of work with high quality & meet objectives
  • Own and manage the whole process & deployment of campaign / project that this person is assigned.

  • Our Ideal Candidate

  • Degree / Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 4-6 years relevant experience in brand & marketing (marketing & digital experience in financial services is an advantage)
  • 2-3 years handle the event and apply for license with government.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and deliver on multiple projects under tight timelines
  • Confidence to defend and justify ideas / concepts to stakeholders for buy-in
  • End-to-end thought process, strong business acumen, combined with high levels of creativity
