Responsibilities

  • Lead team to develop categories by exploring the market potential
  • Negotiate with brands / suppliers to build mutually beneficial relationships to ensure long-term strategic partnership
  • Lead team to maximize categories profits by managing assortments, pricing, and promotion
  • Be the owner of assigned categories to professionally report to the Head of the Department
  • Develop and train team members to ensure they are customers focused and high-skilled. Manage performance via setting and reviewing their performances
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience in Category Management within the FMCG sector, or Retail / Wholesale / Trading with prior experience in supervising a small team
  • Understanding our customers and FMCG Brands / suppliers is preferred
  • Advanced negotiation and communication skills
  • Data-driven decision-maker and high ownership
  • Fluent in English is preferred
  • The candidate will be based in Ho Chi Minh and should be comfortable for markets survey in provinces
  • Working address : Ninja Van Vietnam Office, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh city.
