Our vision is to be THE software engineering partner for brake system in ASEAN. We deliver complete software projects (CSPs) to our Bosch counterparts of CC, BEG and 2WP divisions for the OEMs in nearshore regions Japan, China, ASAEAN.
We perform the end-to-end software development activities including all the roles like developers, testers, integrators, project managers and other special functions like functional safety and cyber security for our projects.

Software Project Component Manager Role will involve to project planning and tracking, requirements of elicitation from customer, coordination of development and test teams, Japanese customer coordination.
Tasks in detail :
Stakeholder management : Interface with customers and responsible for managing the project schedule and deliverables within defined QCD.
Take responsibility of analyzing requirements from customer and handle the development of the projects with support of the technical team : Issue development request to developers and track the progress;
Plan, Monitor and Control project schedule
Handling the challenging situations
Other project Management tasks : Estimation, Effort and Budget Tracking, Customer Coordination, Scheduling, Defect Tracking, Metrics Reporting.
Develop the team and give feedback to the team as per need
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirement :
English verbal and written communication skills
Hands-on Project management experience in automotive domain
Good at understanding of Embedded systems Concepts in Automotive domain (Embedded SW development using C, Knowledge of microcontroller and microprocessors, SW Development lifecycle)
Desirable Skills :
Automotive system knowledge (ECU, Sensors, Software) and technical mindset
Ability to understand and take decision on technical proposal
Good negotiating and convincing skills
Embedded design and development experience
Awareness of Hardware, Hardware & Software Interface, Software Development Models
Having knowledge of CMMI / ISO / ASPICE quality standard is a plus
Working experience in Japan Projects / Active Safety projects and Tools used
Working experience with Plant Interface and Production Release Activities
Experience in using Change management and version management tools (like Rational ClearQuest, ALM, DOORS, etc)
Japanese Language competency is an added advantage
Project Management Certification is an added advantage
5 to 8 year experience in Embedded software development
