Your Responsibilities :
Commercial Management in Pharmaceuticals is a critical function in the organization. The primary role is to understand the needs of our customers (patients, HCPs and consumers).
Robust and in-depth understanding of unmet medical need enables the sales and marketing professional to converse with key stakeholders (both internal and external) and develop solutions on how GSK can bring products to markets and contribute to GSK’s mission of helping people feel better and live longer.
What will the program be like?
The aim of the program is to develop you into a Future Leader at GSK. The accelerated development within the program equips graduates with the knowledge, skills and attributes to move quickly into senior positions at GSK.
Participants benefit from a rich variety of structured training, individual mentoring, and opportunities to experience different aspects of the business.
As with all GSK development we will focus on a 70 : 20 : 10 principle where your rotations will span challenging opportunities aligned to your previous experience and specifically identified development areas.
Throughout your rotations you will be supported by formal learning, mentors and 1 : 1 coaching.
What will I learn?
We will give you a breadth of experience across the key areas of our commercial business which includes marketing, sales and customer management.
You will attend a number of core training courses and also have the opportunity to shape your development and attend courses that are specific to your needs and interests.
From the start, our challenging rotations will help you deliver the standards of excellence that we’d expect from a future leader.
Where can I work?
All roles will commence in your home market. GSK is a global organization and hence future roles are also possible in any GSK location depending on the development areas of the candidate as well as business needs.
Our aim is to provide each FLP candidate vast and varied experience throughout GSK and ensure they are ready for future leader roles.
What is expected of me?
Expectations of you will be aligned to the job description of the role you will undertake. As mentioned above roles will be assigned based on previous experience, your development areas and our business needs.
In addition to this, there is an expectation that you will be involved in managing projects and prioritizing a variety of tasks.

In addition, you will need an analytical mind, a talent for multi-tasking and the ability to influence others.

Timeline & Assessment Process
Our robust recruitment process includes online application, online testing, interview and assessment centre.
