GSC Market Lead is the PGS representative within the market commercial organization, responsible for defining and implementing local strategies that delivers PGS vision, culture and initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
She / He is responsible of building effective partnerships within multifunctional teams and with Strategic / key Business teams (Marketing , commercial , regulatory , finance , medical , GSC Hub’s , Quality etc)
The GSC Market lead has full accountability for the successful performance of the supply and End-to-End delivery chain enabling patient medicines delivery and business growth.
This position is accountable at Market Level for :
Demand planning : Demand process, S&OP governance, new product launches and Product change management (% FE, Stat Fct usage ,Bias)
Supply, inventory and PCM management : Product supply into the market through collaboration with Above market colleagues (% In stock , MOH , Inv value, write offs)
In-Market Operations & Logistics : (OPEX & Distribution cost , Contracts mgt), customs brokers
Customer service : Order to cash operations / Sales order management
Value Beyond Supply : markets analysis , support GtM , cost to serve analysis, market dist’n solutions for NPL
Organizational and performance Management : Talent management, succession plans, Pfizer values, IMEX governance.
QUALIFICATIONS
10 + years of Supply Chain or Materials Management experience, ideally with both Market and Plant experience.
Experience in people and performance management
Ability to understand and identify strengths / weaknesses in order to construct high performance teams.
BS / BA Degree required. Preferable in the fields of Supply Chain, Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering or alike
