Job Description

To ensure the cleanliness of public areas, back office, Gym, swimming pool, F&B outlets, function, meeting room, toilets, lockers, basement, pavements etc) are maintained and ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standard required by our hotel.

To supervise Public Area Attendants and surrounding service areas. Paying attention to details by keeping the standard of public area..

To work on a rotation basis within the Housekeeping department. To shampoo and upkeep carpets upholstery and hard flooring in accordance to hotel standards.

To assist in other areas (for example : Linen room or guest room schedule cleaning as required.

To control chemical consumption, arrange PA storage and do month end report.

Work Experience

High school education

Good oral proficiency in both Vietnamese & English language
