KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead team to strategize and deliver the IT employee engagement programs and initiatives, plan and calendar of activities, events, supporting the IT team to increase levels of employee engagement.

Work with vendors & key stakeholders such as IT Heads, HRBP to execute employee engagement initiatives.

In collaboration with the Employer Branding & Internal Communication team, designs regular employee engagement communication vehicles for IT employees

Design, implement and analyze results of employee engagement surveys and other engagement initiatives, using outcomes to help drive organizational improvement.

Support to research & implementation initiatives that enhance employee journey & experience

Keep track of the measurement & effectiveness of engagement activity

Keep track and complete payment & logistics for engagement activities

Coordinating with Employer Branding & Communincation & Talent Acquisition team in content ideas, innovation to strengthen Employer Branding to showcase Home Credit Vietnam culture We are Tech Forward .

Other responsibilities assigned by direct manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related fields is required.

Should have three to five years of experience in similar role.

Have experience working with IT / Tech people in the tech / financial service / ecommerce industries.

Strong project management skills

Experience managing website content and working with Google analytics.

Strong interpersonal / listening and oral / written communication skills

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the journalistic ability to source stories from employees

Familiar with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication.
