If you want to be part of this important mission, we want to hear from you. Provides administrative support, including resolve any problem incurred on a timely basis Performs a variety of customer facing in a field office in support of service or installation activities.

Processes Electronic Field Service Reports (EFSR's), submitted by Field personnel, in a timely manner insuring accuracy and timely submission Operates automated office equipment Answers incoming calls and exercises judgment in their further handling Directs customer inquiries on routine matters to appropriate personnel in the field office Issue PO for vendor / supplier including seek the new vendor, if required.

Establishes and maintains accurate records, filing, and follow-up systems in accordance with needs of the office Provide adequate office supply and monitor office supply stock Coordinate with Radiation and Medical Device Department for the replacement of absorbed radiation detection device, request the new device and extend annual service fee Coordinate with vendor for calibration tool Coordinate with shipping agent / courier for general shipment arrival Schedules appointment and meeting, if required Performs other related duties as required Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge : Highly effective interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to work through and resolve worldwide time-sensitive problems or impediments. Proficient in utilizing business tools such as : E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Typical Education and Experience : Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) and 3 years of related experience in Administration from multi-national organization Good command in English Able to do multi-task and detail documentation work Varian is required to comply with all local and applicable regulations that may be associated with vaccine requirements for certain roles.
