Company is representing many international top suppliers with many expanding opportunities.
Participating in an important stage of breakthrough growth and equitization of the company
Your responsibilities include but not limit to :
Setup and implement company’s sales strategy & ensure sales target
In charge of the key accounts in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia
Manage sales and marketing team, provide training and evaluation using BSC
In charge of marketing, take part of business development projects if needed
Possibilities to conduct change, implement new ideas, set up new systems, brands, etc..
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor Degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field)
English proficiency both speaking and writing.
At least 3 years’ experience in Sale Management level, preferably in newly set-up organisation or experience in new markets opening or new brands introduction.
Excellent in business plan, market assessment, product strategy and roadmaps, development planning and management.
Exceptional customer interpersonal skills.
Ability to negotiate effectively, with good numeracy and literacy.
Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadline.
Nice to have :
Chinese, Japanese is a positive additional factor.
