1. Integrated HR IT System management, HR Data analytics, tools & data sources, HR IT Transformation & the related IT Project managementDevelop, maintain and ensure integrated HR IT system management.
Develop and maintain state of the art HR Data analytics, tools and data sources.Foster, support and follow-up HR IT Transformation and related HR IT projects.
2. HR Data protection management, HR Data retention & deletionEnsure the validation of access management to HR IT system & P-file storage is periodically reviewed & updated.
Ensure HR Data protection management, HR Data retention & deletion in compliance with Corporate standard and local laws.Prepare any related work instructions if required.
3. Other HR Topic management and CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) projectsSupport on other topics relating to Local, Regional and Global HR Topics.
Support on CIP management and HR process optimization projects 4. Employee development managementSupport on Yearly Performance appraisal process.
Support on Employee development activities under Corporate and / or Local programs. 5. Training qualification managementFollow-up with Training vendors for related processesCoordinate with internal / external trainers and relevant participants for training organizing 6.
Operational employee data & contract managementFollow-up with system helpdesks for related issues.Collaborate to run any required projects assigned relating to Employee data systems.Manage HR data and contracts
