Duties include :

1. Receptionist tasks :

  • Ensure front desk and lobby are tidy and presentable
  • Greet guests and set a positive office environment
  • Manage visitor log and generation of badges
  • with confirmation from the executive supervisors)
  • Answer the phone
  • Check, sort and forward emails and faxes
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary, as well as monitor office expenses (with confirmation from the executive supervisors)
  • Schedule meetings and manage conference rooms
  • Schedule appointments for all services in the Business Center
  • Record keeping activities such as scanning / indexing, filing and other clerical duties
  • Set up meetings and order lunches (as needed)
  • Promote and sell services and retail products
  • Assist the Sales & Marketing team
  • 2. Accountant Assistant Tasks :

  • Document financial transactions by entering account information
  • Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
  • Take care of financial transactions of the company
  • Provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information
  • Maintain company / employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
  • Maintain quality service by following company standards
  • Requirements :

  • Good knowledge of accounting procedures & principles
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
  • Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience (1-2 years)
  • Be able to work in an international environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English
  • Excellent knowledge in MS office (Power Point, Excel & Word)
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised and an active listener
  • Be able to work in an international team
