Install and train customers on Company's equipment, such as color matching software and quality control.

Conduct telephone, email, and web support on a regular basis and will be responsible to help solving color related problems at customer sites
Assist the sales team by demonstrating our software solutions to potential customers, and help customers obtain the desired results.
Convert customer and manufacturer’s databases
Assist in setting up color seminars, customer training events, webinars, and must be able (in time) to presentto a larger audience.

Former Education :
College or above, major in mechanical, electronic engineering, or related discipline.
Specific Knowledge and Skills for the Position :
2-6 years Industry Experience in color management (an industry specific degree
e.g. Textile will be taken into consideration as some job experience)
Proficient in Windows Software, working knowledge of PC (Microsoft Office, Windows)
Proficient in the use of Color Matching systems and Color Quality Control Systems (We preferred Proficient knowledge in color theory ability to teach course
Excellent presentation / communications skills
Ability to travel 50% (May be more or less. Some travel on own time required)
Must be a team player and capable of working independently
English is the must, Chinese is a plus
